CONDITIONS DE FABRICATION ARTISANALE
L’authenticité d’un produit artisanal, ça se ressent.
Tous nos produits sont conçus et fabriqués à la main, avec passion et minutie, dans notre atelier québécois. Ce mode de production artisanal est au cœur de notre identité et garantit une attention particulière portée à chaque création.
En raison de cette fabrication manuelle, il est tout à fait normal que de légères variations puissent apparaître d’un produit à l’autre. Ces différences peuvent concerner :
La couleur ou la teinte de la cire, légèrement influencée par la fragrance utilisée ou la température ambiante au moment du coulage.
L’intensité du parfum perçue, qui peut varier selon l’environnement (taille de la pièce, ventilation, humidité, etc.).
De petites bulles d’air ou marques de surface, inhérentes au travail de la cire naturelle.
La forme ou les détails des chandelles moulées, qui peuvent différer subtilement selon les conditions de démoulage.
Ces particularités ne compromettent en rien la qualité, la performance ou la sécurité de nos produits. Au contraire, elles font de chaque chandelle ou brume une pièce unique, reflet du soin et de l’authenticité de notre démarche.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE (GTC)
Very simple steps
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and other secure solutions. All transactions are processed via encrypted payment gateways to ensure maximum security.
Custom orders
Orders including personalization (company logo, specific message, exclusive scent) require additional processing time. Confirmation and validation will be requested before production.
Products
Our products (candles, atmosphere mist, wax cubes, lip balms, etc.) are handmade.
Product features
- Each product is described and presented with the greatest precision.
- Colors, formats and textures may vary slightly due to their artisanal manufacture.
- LesyPassion cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the photos and the items received.
Safe usage
- Read the instructions provided with our products carefully.
- LesyPassion disclaims any liability for improper use (see our disclaimer).

Payments are processed through secure platforms. We do not store your bank details.
Amendments to the GTC

Prices
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and excluding taxes and shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
The delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
LesyPassion reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the rates applied will be those in force at the time of the order.
Orders
Order process
- Selection of products and adding to the cart.
- Validation of the basket and completion of delivery information.
- Secure payment via the methods offered (Stripe, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
- Order confirmation sent by e-mail.
Modification or cancellation
- A confirmed order cannot be modified or cancelled except in exceptional cases (error on our part, stock problem).

Warranty and liability
- Our products are manufactured with care, but we cannot guarantee an identical result for every item.
- LesyPassion is not responsible for improper use, allergies or damage due to improper storage.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Everything you need to know
We offer Canadian and international shipping. The delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen when ordering. We ship one to three business days. We do not take responsibility for delivery times after shipment. You get free standard shipping on any purchase of $100 and more in Canada.
Estimated delivery times
Delays may vary depending on periods of high demand or delays beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).
- Canada : 3-7 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days
- International : 10-21 business days
Order processing times
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During high demand periods (e.g. holidays, promotions) processing may take longer.
Responsibility
- Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
- If you have any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Shipment tracking
The Shipping Tracking is available via the link below. You can track your package directly on our website using your order number and email or with your tracking number.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Very simple steps
At LesyPassion we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer you an option to exchange or refund under certain conditions. Any return or exchange must be issued within 30 days of the original purchase, otherwise this policy no longer applies. We offer the possibility of exchanging, if the candle is in perfect condition, for a candle of equal value or a gift card in the form of a promotional code sent by email. For any refund, the item being returned must be in perfect condition, without having been opened, lit or any breakage of the container. No returns due to a breakage caused by the customer will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Products eligible for return
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective product or error on our part.
Return conditions in case of breakage
- You have 7 days after receipt to contact us if there is a problem.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order items are not non-refundable unless they are in major defect.
Return costs
- At the customer’s expense (unless we make an error).
- No refund of initial shipping costs.
Products not eligible for return
- Custom orders (e.g. logo candles, exclusive scents, engravings, etc.).
- Products opened or used for hygiene and quality reasons.
Return process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos if needed.
- We will give you instructions for the return.
- After receipt and inspection, we will proceed to refund or exchange.
Method of reimbursement
- The refund is made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- It may take 14 business days to see the refund appear on your account.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo. We will offer you a replacement or refund, if applicable.
DISCLAIMER
Some serious before pleasure
LesyPassion products are carefully manufactured from quality ingredients. However, their use is the responsibility of the buyer. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- LesyPassion cannot be held responsible for any damage, allergic reactions or inconvenience resulting from the misuse of its products.
- It is recommended to read the list of ingredients carefully before use and to perform a skin test beforehand to avoid any adverse reaction.
- Our products are for external use only. They must not be ingested or used in a manner that is inconsistent with their original purpose.
- The buyer assumes full responsibility for the use and storage of the products. LesyPassion is not responsible for improper handling, excessive exposure to heat or inappropriate use.
If you are unsure or react, stop using the product immediately and consult a health care professional if necessary.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Question of getting along
All content on the LesyPassion site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, product names, descriptions, photographs and any other visual or written elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution or use, in whole or in part, of these contents without the prior written permission of LesyPassion is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
The purchase of a product LesyPassion does not confer in any case a right to reproduce or resell our creations in any form whatsoever.
